A new first!

Okay, so last night was my first Enrichment night. For those of you who don't know last month I was called as a counseler in the Relief Society presidency over Enrichment. This is so foreign to me I have ALWAYS been in Primary. I spent a little over a year in Young Womens last year and then BAM they surprise me with this. I can literally count on one hand how many times I've actually been able to go to Relief Society since I've been married. Anyways, last night was our first Enrichment night that I was in charge of. We made 40 meals to be frozen and used by the compassionate service leader when people in the ward need meals. I have to say it was a lot of work, but we had a lot of fun and I got to know some of the sisters in the ward better. I can honestly say that I'm getting excited about this calling. So if there is anyone out there reading this that has good ideas for Enrichment activities please share!!

I am sure you did an awesome job, sorry I missed it! Talk to your mom about the ideas I gave her for enrichment!
