Since the day we found out we were having another girl events have been set in motion! The bathroom is almost done. I got paint yesterday for Porter's new room. The baby girl clothes have been sifted through and washed. Here's the shocking news... Drew and I agreed on a name yesterday!! The newest Rappleye baby girl will be named Samantha Jane Rappleye. We told the kids last night. Porter thinks it's weird, Avonell still wants us to name her Mikala, and Becca still won't have any part of this baby thing. She won't even try to say her name! She's going to have quite the shock in 4 months!!
On a side note, has anyone ever had an allergic reaction the Excedrin's back and body pain med? Drew took some last night and woke up at about 3:00 choking. His uvula was swollen and everytime he tried to talk it triggered his gag reflex. I gave him some benedryl but it was still swollen this morning.

I LOVE IT!!! Now, was that so hard? :-) What a perfect name...and yikes on the Excedrin! I used to take it all the time, but no reaction ever. Benedryl was my first thought too. Hope it gets better!
What a beautiful name. I love it...not that you needed our approval: ) Man, you guys are really on top of it----like 4 months early!
I hope Drew feels better soon. Gagging is never fun.
Very cute! I love the name!! Congrats on coming up with one you agree on so early on!
Such a cute name! Aww, I can almost see her now- little Samantha Jane. I hope Becca comes around to it soon.
I had an allergic reaction like that once. It was w/ something else but I felt like I couldn't breathe and it was worse when I talked. It felt like my throat was closing up and I was loosing more air by the minute. Probably the scariest thing I've ever been through. I thought I was just going to stop breathing. We didn't have any benedryl w/ us, but we were near a hosp. Later on I regretted going to the hosp so they could give me a shot of benedryl, but at the time I was panicking and by the time they gave me the shot I could barely talk so I was thankful for it.
That is no fun. At least now he knows to stay away from it. Good thinking w/ the benedryl.
I love the name! Glad to see you are on agreement, kind of. Poor Becca. She is probably thinking if she doesn't talk about the baby or even think about her, then she must not exist. She is in for a wild ride in 4 months. She will love 'taking care' of her though.
